Since change of management it's not the same. Loved Greenhouse the way it was before. Products that I love are not available most of the time. Silverback, and some edibles. Considering looking into other options if things dont get better. I ordered online and it was a mess. Had to sign in on a iPad. Then had to wait again to be called and others that came after me got called in. Had to wait longer than usual. I dont see the point to order online anymore if I have to sign in wait in the waiting room, then wait to get called again, to have to go in and wait again pointless new system.

I asked to smell 3 of the premium varieties and none of them smelled like anything I wanted. So I asked the pregnant young lady with the long dark hair if I could check out two other strains. I asked if they had anything citrusy like lemon or lime, I'm easy. She huffed and opened two more jars like I was being a pain. No customer service skills what so ever. They were also very slow. only two bud tenders and 6 or 7 customers waiting with me. Bye guys. I won't be back, and I'll tell my friends not to bother you either.

Very, very bad... I'll never visit again... another Corporate(Curaleaf) buyout of a former GREAT local Dispensary(Greenhouse) that I'd been going to for almost 3 years. New Staff (if you can find them!) are rude idiots, no knowledge of cannabis in general or their products in specific and every single one of them seemed so stoned they had a hard time putting 2 words together. There were more Staff OUTSIDE the Dispensary toking up than inside taking care of patients. Overnight, product selection dropped by 2/3's, quality is in the toilet with what they do have(more like floor sweepings and trim than flower), pricing has essentially doubled and unmarked, only a few products have strength or potency available. Per the gentleman that "assisted" me, Curaleaf Corporate dumped all the previous Staff, dumped the Customer base, does not honor pre-buyout discounts or savings programs. The only reason I can think of that this once great Dispensary still has it's doors open is that Curaleaf bought it to shut it down. Typical Corporate acquisition, buy the competitor and put them out of business. Bad juju!

Worst experience ever. I didn't get my 1st time patient deal. The "budtender" had no knowledge of products and didn't inform me of running out of the BOGO deal. I assumed it was in my bag and wouldn't have bought it if the deal wasn't available. My mistake for assuming and not checking or confirming their advertised deals. Usually, I get great advice on products and how I can get the best deals. I called to clarify what I received and was told they can't talk to me over the phone even though they pulled up my account over the phone prior and reviewed what I bought etc. I honestly don't even think the budtender smoked. I ended up driving 20 minutes to be told "it clearly states while supplies last". Highly disappointed. I'll stick to my neighborhood Curaleaf.

As far as quality, service and atmosphere, 5 stars! But I have to say that I'm really bummed about the changes being made, mainly the prices. NO BULK DISCOUNTS. This sucks. Don't know if I'll continue coming here.

so the name was changed, ok no big deal. the flower is still the same garbage that the greenhouse was selling. worse than before. I decided to come give this new Curaleaf a try. oh was I disappointed. long wait times which was ridiculous. bud tender didn't give 2 shits that I was trying to make a purchase. I wouldn't go back if it was the only medical dispensary on leafly. the streets has better to offer.

I guess the saying, “all good things must come to an end” applies here at the Glendale Greenhouse too sadly... The GG was bought by Curaleaf to be their Glendale location. I’m disheartened to hear this, as GG was run so well independently. Say goodbye to all the cool perks and great deals, hopefully they don’t get Curaleaf bud...

Now that this is Curaleaf not only did the point system change (ended up losing built credit) the and the old referral bonus change (significantly dropped value) but you can no longer get a free gram on your birthday without making a purchase (very disappointing things to learn after making the trip for my birthday)This is highly disappointing. I used to think the flower, prices and service from the Glendale Greenhouse was worth the fairly distanced drive from my location but now it’s not worth it.

I have always enjoyed this dispensary with the up front pricing and great employees. Unfortunately with new ownership I see a drop in morale & major confusion for customers. If it continues I will be forced to find new home & refrain from recommending.

False advertisement today(9-19-2019) Listed Tropicana 18.6% THC at $50 per 1/2 oz. sale for 19% THC and below. When I got there I was told that this sale didn't apply to this strain. I wanted to try this strain, so I ended up paying top Tier price for lowest Tier strain. Instead of $50 a 1/2 oz. for 18.6% THC level, I ended up paying $62 for 1/4 oz. with my veterans discount.

rec ruined curaleaf. this was my go to shop twice a week. way to screw over all the medical patients and raise the price on meds and lower the quality and take away the daily specials.

I saw some place on the map that had a nice edible selection. When I went to checkk it out a couple of days ago I saw this place. I walked up looking at what seemed to be a construction zone. So I asked the gentlemen about what I saw on the site and he told me I was in the wrong spot and go to 53rd and Glendale. At this point I sarted driving to 53rd. Very confused, I decided to pull over and check the map again. Apparently there is 2 mmj places in the same complex.. I would have appreciated an honest answer that what I was looking for was 100ft away..

Seems like the Glendale greenhouse is a little racist. Today was the third time I’ve had an online leafly order and I checked in and waited while people after me with online orders were called first. Each time this has happened I’m the only non white person and I’m skipped. Don’t think it was an accident three times. 😡
